1. Technical principle
A closed-loop hydraulic control system is used to convert hydraulic oil into mechanical energy through a plunger pump. Compared with the traditional chain lift, the system monitors the load changes in real time through a pressure sensor and achieves 0.1mm-level precise displacement control with a proportional control valve. This dynamic balancing technology ensures that a 2.5-ton vehicle maintains a ±0.5° tilt accuracy within a 12-meter vertical stroke.
2. Modular structural design
The main body of the equipment adopts a Q345B high-strength steel welded frame, and the structural stress distribution is optimized by three-dimensional finite element analysis. The innovatively designed five-link synchronous mechanism, combined with a double-cylinder hydraulic drive system, can realize automatic calibration of the platform level. Modular components support rapid on-site assembly, and standard models can be installed and debugged within 72 hours.
3. Intelligent safety system
Multiple redundant protection: equipped with mechanical locking device + hydraulic lock + electronic limit triple protection.
Dynamic weighing system: real-time display of load data, automatic power cut-off when overloaded 110%.
Fault diagnosis module: more than 200 parameter monitoring through CAN bus system.
