Parking Lift is a
Mechanical Parking Equipment that realizes the lifting of parking spaces through a hydraulic system. It is mainly used to solve the parking needs of space-constrained scenes (such as home garages and small parking lots).
The
Parking System is mainly composed of the following five parts, which jointly realize the lifting function:
1. Steel structure frame
Contains columns, beams and chassis, forming the support structure of the upper and lower parking spaces, usually welded or bolted with high-strength steel.
2. Hydraulic system
Power source: The hydraulic pump (motor drive) extracts hydraulic oil from the oil tank to form a high-pressure oil flow.
Actuator: The hydraulic cylinder (oil cylinder) is the core of power transmission. The piston rod is extended and retracted by the pressure of the hydraulic oil to drive the parking platform to rise and fall.
Control element: Solenoid valves, overflow valves and other valves are used to adjust the flow direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil, and control the lifting speed and start and stop.
3. Lifting platform
The upper and lower car-carrying plates are connected to the hydraulic cylinder piston rod through chains, wire ropes or rigid connecting rods to carry the weight of the vehicle.
4. Safety devices
Includes limit switches (to control the lifting height), anti-fall devices (such as safety hooks), emergency stop buttons, overload protection (pressure sensors), etc.
5. Electrical control system
Programmable controller (PLC) or relay circuit, receives operating instructions (such as buttons, remote controls), and coordinates the operation of hydraulic systems and safety devices.
